We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the Hospitality and F&B industries.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and decision-makers.
  • Create engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Hospitality and F&B industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
