Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Executive, General Ledger to join our Finance Shared Services team at 1FSS PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Handle day-to-day financial matters, including month-end and year-end accounts closing, and preparation of the monthly and year-end audit schedules and financial reporting packages.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise with various departments in the collection of information and documents, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Financial Processing: Process internal charge and reclassification requests, miscellaneous receipts, and follow up on unaccounted sums.
  • Account Reconciliation: Prepare bank reconciliation and resolve reconciling items, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve user's queries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Statistical Reporting: Prepare GST and other statistical submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Corporate Tax and Audit: Assist on corporate tax, internal and external audit matters, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement projects, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: At least a Diploma in Accountancy, with higher qualified/experienced candidates considered for the Senior Assistant Executive position.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with good communication skills and ability to communicate with various departments and levels.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a good command of the English language.
