As a Principal Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization.
This position requires a highly skilled individual to oversee all aspects of project planning, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
">Responsibilities:- To draft and submit monthly project reports and presentations.
- To update the working program and schedule.
- To advise the Project Manager or Construction Manager on critical path and matters relating to project schedule.
- To prepare impacted programs as work sequence changes or when EOTs are provided.
- To advise Senior Management on EOT-related matters and draft corresponding letters.
- To coordinate meetings with external claim consultants, complete with MOMs.
- Overall responsibility for the Programme for the Works, including updating and compiling monthly progress reports.
- To coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- To advise PD/PM of any significant impacts or key changes to the Program for the Works and available mitigation opportunities.
- Lead and guide Senior Planners/Planners in time management of the project.
- To support BIM (4D) to show planned and actual construction sequences, providing six-monthly forecasts, and BIM (5D) to utilize for cost estimating, cash flow forecasting, and reporting on actual expenditures.
- To implement Change Control processes to manage the Scope of Works, BIM Model, and the Program for the Works.
- To implement Earned Value with respect to expenditure, financials, and progress.
- To meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- To provide forecasts and actual expenditures (cash flow) against plans.
- To submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
- To establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- To facilitate change requests to ensure all parties are informed of impacts on schedules and budgets.
- To adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed without compromising client expectations and set-out schedules, communicating with Project Directors to keep projects aligned with goals and handover schedules.
- To obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period.
- To conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Participate in Risk Management processes to identify program risks and mitigations.
- Participate in monthly progress updates and the Program of the Works.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.
