The role of SharePoint Developer is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure SharePoint solutions.

As a key member of the Shared Platform - SharePoint Team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of SharePoint Online solutions and Intranet systems.

This role focuses on handling application system development and maintenance services related to a suite of intranet systems, with emphasis on Microsoft SharePoint applications and customisations.

You will monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery, plan and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications and subsequent delivery.

Familiarity with the development of custom web parts and components using SharePoint Framework and integration with other systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API is required.

Candidates must also conduct testing and ensure quality assurance of SharePoint implementations and perform L3 support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with SharePoint Online environments.

Requirements:

  • A degree in IT or computer-related subject from a recognized university.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online development.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; both written and spoken.
  • Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed testing and documentation skills.
  • A fast learner who can work independently, as well as a good team player.
  • Agile, organised and able to multi-task effectively.
