Job Overview

The IT Incident Manager is responsible for overseeing technology incidents that impact business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage major incidents to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution.
  • Establish clear accountability and evaluation of complex issue scenarios.
  • Participate in incident resolution calls to facilitate determination, recovery, and resolution.
  • Capture and document incident data accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with Group Technology & Operations Policies and Standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • ITIL certification is mandatory.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing complex IT initiatives or Operational Line Managers experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
