About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer to join our team at ITE College Central. As a Lecturer, you will play a critical role in shaping the minds of the next generation of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and facilitate learning in precision engineering, manufacturing, and related fields.
  • Conduct industry or consultancy projects to stay relevant in your profession and adapt to evolving industry changes.
  • Maintain strong linkages with industry and schools through regular industry attachments or experiences.
Requirements
  • Relevant training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in precision engineering, CAD/CAM, CNC machining, or quality management are highly desirable.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in precision engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in mechanical engineering design with hands-on experience in CAD modelling and simulation, as well as manufacturing environments involving CAM programming and CNC machining.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, including industrial robots, collaborative robots, and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), is a plus.
  • Experience with data analytics and related applications is desirable.
