Product Expert

The role of Product Specialist demands a unique blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting pre-sales presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our genomics offerings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and foster good relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders, including keeping them engaged with our diverse range of products.
  • Develop strong rapport with direct accounts and possess a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and other account managers to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth in long read sequencing, single cell and spatial genomics products.
  • Remain up-to-date with current industry trends and competitive information.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure timely and effective sales support.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or technical support role related to Next Generation Sequencing.
  • Good understanding of long-read sequencing, single-cell or spatial genomics is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
