Director of Semiconductor Product Quality

We are seeking a visionary and technically strong Director of Reliability Engineering to lead and scale our reliability strategy across our semiconductor operations.
About the RoleThis role is critical in ensuring the long-term performance, quality, and robustness of our products and processes, supporting both customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the foundry-wide reliability roadmap aligned with business and customer requirements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed reliability into design, process, and manufacturing stages.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing reliability testing, qualification, and failure analysis for new technologies and products.
- Establishing and maintaining reliability standards, methodologies (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q100), and best practices.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing reliability engineering team.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Serving as the technical point of contact for customer reliability audits and inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage people.
