We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Low Code Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge low-code platforms to design, build, and deploy innovative applications that meet business needs.

About This Role:

  • You will utilize low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, or similar tools to develop robust applications.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to enhance business process automation.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless application delivery.
  • Conduct thorough testing to guarantee applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements for Success:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in application development with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with Git version control system.
  • Experience working in agile teams – TDD, Pair programming, Scrum, Continuous Integration.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying applications with minimal coding.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Exposure to mobile application development will be an added advantage.
