Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to expatriates, excluding salary payment
  • Manage tenancy contracts and prepare head office reports
  • Book temporary accommodations for new expatriates
  • Consolidate expatriates' medical claims with Mizuho Insurance
  • Process expatriates' educational claims
  • Assist HR in tax reporting to KPMG
  • Make payments to relevant vendors
  • Support HR as an administrator in leave systems
  • Negotiate corporate contracts with vendors
Requirements:
  • Recognized degree or diploma in any field
  • At least two years' experience in expatriate management
  • Ability to converse in Japanese to liaise with Japanese expatriates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous and focused disposition
