Job Opportunity:

About the role:

  • Oversee all cleaning operations on-site, ensuring staff efficiently perform duties and maintain high standards.
  • Regularly review performance of cleaning staff and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Perform daily site inspections to assess cleanliness and condition of premises, and weekly night spot checks to ensure cleaning standards are upheld during non-business hours.
  • Provide support and guidance to cleaning supervisors.
  • Track cleaning consumables, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.
  • Assist higher-ranking personnel with requests and tasks.
  • Responsible for driving and maintaining the company van, ensuring its good working condition and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as needed, which may involve hands-on cleaning or supervising of cleaning staff.

About you:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations or management role, preferably within cleaning or facilities management industry.
