Our clinic is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Registration of patients, taking temperatures, and weights.
  • Dispensing medication and collecting payments.
  • Refilling and topping up medications.
  • Assisting with appointment bookings and reminders for chronic disease patients.
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Performing administrative tasks.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diligent and willing to learn.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Good IT proficiency, particularly with computer systems and managed care portals.
  • Familiarity with CHAS, Medisave, HSG, and corporate insurance claims.
  • A minimum GCE O level or above with relevant experience in healthcare or a GP clinic setting.
  • Customer service orientation with a pleasant disposition.
  • The ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage when communicating with patients who require assistance in these languages.
