AI Solutions Lead

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying AI solutions for personal productivity. This includes developing end-to-end AI systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing mentorship to teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of employee-facing AI solutions for personal productivity.
  2. Architect end-to-end AI systems incorporating Agentic AI principles to enable autonomous decision-making and adaptive intelligence.
  3. Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into practical applications.
  4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and engineering teams.
  5. Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously optimize solutions and improve user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related discipline.
  • Experience in participating in IT delivery projects, including management of the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
  • Proven expertise in Agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agent design, goal-oriented behavior, and adaptive learning systems.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including NLP, computer vision, generative models, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
