Key Responsibilities- Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medication, and providing routine health screening and check-ups.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to manage patient care and promote overall health and wellness.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
To qualify for this role, you must possess a medical degree from an accredited university and be registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). Prior experience in family medicine or primary healthcare is preferred, but not required.
You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A passion for improving healthcare and the health outcomes of the community is essential.
