Research Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team. The successful candidate will work on projects related to health services and operational research, collaborating with our Principal Investigators (PIs) to design, conduct, and analyze studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews, synthesize data, and present findings to stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement study designs, protocols, and analysis plans;
  • Collaborate with PIs to prepare and submit grant proposals, reports, and publications;
  • Contribute to the development of research methodologies and tools, ensuring high-quality research outputs;
  • Communicate research results effectively to diverse audiences, including academics, policymakers, and healthcare professionals;
  • Participate in peer review activities, providing constructive feedback on research proposals and manuscripts.

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, medicine, or public health;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in medical research, preferably in health services and operational research;
  • Strong expertise in study design, data analysis, and outcome evaluation, with proficiency in statistical software packages like R or Python;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
