About the Role
  • You will lead research projects end-to-end, from defining objectives to execution, synthesis, reporting, and presentation, while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assess project needs to identify and apply the appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and refine designs and copy, ensuring usability and clarity for customers.

This role requires initiative, adaptability, and a strong understanding of research methodologies to navigate diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct foundational and generative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points, shaping new product opportunities and long-term experience strategy.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to translate business questions into research objectives and integrate research into decision-making.
  • Synthesize research insights into compelling, actionable presentations for stakeholders and upper management, ensuring findings lead to informed business and design decisions.
Requirements
  • Min Diploma/Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Digital Media, UI/UX Design, or relevant professional work experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research projects and their impact on product decisions is critical for consideration.
