Maintenance and Operations Specialist Job Description

This is a key position that requires a highly organized individual who can maintain the operational readiness of our building's M&E services. As a Maintenance and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of these services, meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Timely renewal of licenses for all operating systems;
  • Routine checks on all common M&E services to guarantee operations timing adhere to approved schedules and conditions remain within acceptable levels;
  • Supervising and certifying maintenance activities to ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work within required timelines and standards;
  • Ensuring compliance with JLL OMS procedures and checklists;
  • Regularly inspecting maintenance stock inventory and ensuring timely replenishment;
  • Managing PTW processes and conducting system audits and site inspections;
  • Follow-up on defects, recommending solutions and obtaining quotations;
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Familiarity with commercial operation management software;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software.
