Job Title: Strategic Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a pivotal member of our compliance department, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance and data governance.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice on new and existing regulations impacting the life insurance industry, developing and implementing robust compliance policies and procedures, managing data governance, and conducting compliance training for staff.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining compliance programs and frameworks.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 6 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within the life insurance industry.
  • A proven track record of managing compliance programs and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements.
