Fully-Fledged AI Solutions Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fully-Fledged AI Solutions Developer. In this role, you will design, build, and iterate on agent-driven automation workflows using GenAI platforms such as OpenAI Agent SDK and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement agent-driven workflows and micro-agents using OpenAI Agent SDK, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
2. Build, test, and iterate conversational and task-oriented agents to automate logistics processes.
3. Collaborate with data-science and domain teams to align agent capabilities with business requirements.
4. Extend our Mendix front-end to surface agent outputs, dashboards, and user interactions.
5. Develop and maintain backend services in Flask, FastAPI, or .NET Core to orchestrate API calls, manage state, and persist data.
6. Implement RESTful APIs, WebSockets, or messaging patterns to connect agents, UI, and enterprise systems (ServiceNow, CargoWise, Azure AI Foundry).
7. Develop, configure, and maintain applications using Mendix Studio Pro.

Requirements
- 5-6 years of related experience
- Interest in AI space, experienced as AI agent is an added advantage
- Design solution mindset - ability to design solution from business requirements
- Programming skillset
- Skilled in Mendix
