Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with applicable scope of work, codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.

The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of project updates.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable scope of work, codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and manage correspondence with all parties.
  • Manage HSSE compliance on construction activities.
  • Perform technical reviews on design concepts, engineering, and operational matters related to projects.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate project execution activities.
  • Assist in developing, scoping, and establishing project budgets, schedules, and control measures.
  • Review feasibility studies and cost estimates on proposed investments.
  • Identify and recommend best practices to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
  • Assess the company's HSSE Management System to identify any deviations, weaknesses, or significant changes in organization, risk control measures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in PV Plant construction, especially utility-scale.
  • Experience in general utility construction projects.
  • Good understanding of PV Plant software and electrical tools.
  • Experienced with BESS systems (preferable).
  • Proficiency in Project Management software and tools.
