Restaurant Operations Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Operations Management Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our restaurant business.
Job Description:The primary responsibility of this role is to receive comprehensive training and support in various sections of our restaurant operations, including Service Department, Kitchen Department, and Supporting Function Department. You will gain valuable knowledge and experience by rotating on each position, learning from experienced employees, and acquiring information about methods, procedures, and standards required to excel in your training.
You will be expected to progress systematically through our training program, mastering the skills necessary to run restaurant operations effectively. Upon completion of basic training, you will set new goals and objectives with management for your progression within the company.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Additionally, you should have a strong ability to learn quickly, work independently, and maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
