Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance activities and drive automation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute QA efforts across the software development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Implement and evolve test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Partner with developers and product managers to review requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure testability.
  • Track, report, and communicate QA metrics and results to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of quality.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of QA/testing experience, including strong test planning, execution, and reporting skills.
  2. Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
  3. Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
  4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
  5. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  6. Diploma/Polytechnic, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
