Programme Manager for Career Conversion Programmes

You will play a pivotal role in driving the awareness of our career conversion programmes, overseeing outreach activities and processing applications to ensure successful programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create programme awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Manage enquiries on our programmes.
  • Monitor and follow up with leads.
Administrative Matters:
  • Support companies with required documentation for programme participation.
  • Ensure accurate programme funding documentation is in place.
  • Review and assess applications, job descriptions, OJT plans, and other related matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A strong understanding of internationalisation issues is preferred.
  • Excellent drive, proactive self-starter with creative mind.
  • Ability to work within set guidelines and deadlines to meet objectives.
  • Service orientation towards internal and external customer needs.
  • Positive and collaborative mindset, strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
