Job Summary

We seek an experienced Middleware Professional to assume a critical role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our organization's services.


About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in middleware technologies and experience working with complex systems.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support middleware platforms to ensure high availability, stability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and performance tuning.
  • Engage in DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, compliance).
  • Develop self-service interfaces and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with middleware platforms.
  • Strong skills in Linux/Unix/Windows, scripting languages (Java, Shell, Python, PowerShell), and monitoring tools (Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos).
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Rundeck, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is beneficial.
  • A good understanding of ITIL processes.
