Job Opportunity:

 

Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement Role

 

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our organization as a Project Manager/Stakeholder Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from inception to delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project activities, including scoping, planning, and execution, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  2. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including government partners, experts, and contractors.
  3. Prepare and deliver project presentations, status updates, and progress reports to key stakeholders.
  4. Guide less experienced team members in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Anticipate and manage issues that occur during project delivery.

 

Requirements:

  1. Graduate qualifications in a relevant area, such as public policy, public administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 9 years' work experience in government and public policy, with a strong track record of project design, management, and delivery.
  3. Good understanding of government, public policy, and public service delivery.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
