About the Project

The successful candidate will employ molecular biology techniques and bioinformatic analyses to study the parasite's responses to environmental stressors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Gene Expression Analysis: You will be responsible for conducting experiments on laboratory samples using cutting-edge molecular biology techniques.
  • Bioinformatic Processing and Analysis: Utilize your expertise in programming languages (Python, R) to process and analyze gene expression data.
  • Report Preparation and Presentation: Develop clear and concise reports and presentations based on your findings, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
  • Lab Operations and Resource Management: Ensure the smooth operation of lab activities, including managing resources and maintaining detailed records of experimental techniques and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
  • A BSc in Biological Sciences or a related field.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English - essential for effective data analysis and communication with stakeholders.
  • Working proficiency in programming languages (Python, R).
  • Experience with aseptic techniques and basic molecular biology methods is preferred.
