Key Responsibilities:\

  • Draft responses to tax queries from the IRAS on behalf of clients.\
  • Advising clients on the tax implications of their business transactions in areas such as corporate income tax, personal income tax, and GST.\
  • Assist on tax due-diligence projects and tax advisory related project (e.g., share swap, restructuring of business, permanent establishment advisory related work, GST MES renewal schemes).\
  • Assist clients in seeking tax rulings or clarifications from IRAS to ensure clarity and compliance.\
    Requirements:\

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.\
    • Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, including corporate tax, personal income tax, GST, and general tax compliance matters.\
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\
