As an IT analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's network infrastructure and hardware. This includes deploying PCs and notebooks to users, installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting hardware peripherals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing all PCs and notebooks for software compliance and checking backup jobs to our disaster recovery site. You will also be required to perform any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:- Degree or diploma in computer science or information technology related disciplines is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT system administrator or similar role is required.
- Familiarity with Windows systems and experience in both hardware and software (ERP/business application related) is essential.
- Must have strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skill, independent and team player.
- Good problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
