Job Title: Operations Assistant

Job Description:
  • Assist supervisor on daily operation activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Receive and process customers' orders in a timely manner, meeting their expectations and needs.
  • Source high-quality spare parts and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Manage correspondence and emails from customers and suppliers, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Prepare accurate billing and invoicing for customers, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering supplies to meet business demands.
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'N' level qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work overtime when required, particularly during peak periods.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer orientation.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Singaporean nationality preferred.
