We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant/Executive to join our team at SGP Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd.

SGP Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd. is a leading aesthetics chain with multiple branches island-wide in Singapore and overseas locations in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Issue invoices for different branches, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Update customer information on our internal database, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Support sales consultants by securing appointments and providing administrative assistance.
  • Place outbound cold calls, offering good customer service and promoting our products and services.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest updates and ongoing promotions, building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Be inquisitive and sensitive to customers' requirements and concerns, responding professionally and effectively.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A 'A' Levels or Diploma and above qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the service industry, including retail, healthcare, hospitality, airlines, spa & beauty, nursing, and allied health diplomas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Proven sales and customer service ability, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to work comfortably using computer and IT systems, with a responsible and good team player attitude.
  • Flexibility to work some weekdays and Saturdays.
