Job Title: Patisserie Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Patisserie Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about creating high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake viennoiserie and laminated doughs, including croissants, pain au chocolat, and other sweet treats.

  • Produce pastries, cakes, and seasonal dessert offerings according to recipes and presentation standards.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing ones.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in patisserie or viennoiserie production is highly desirable.

  • A passion for experimentation and precision baking.
