Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.



About the Role

This Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, registering patients, answering phone queries, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational abilities.



Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • To answer telephone inquiries from patients and provide assistance as needed;
  • To register patients accurately and maintain up-to-date records;
  • To collect payments, submit claims, and follow up on any discrepancies;
  • To update patient records and ensure they are kept in chronological order;
  • To countercheck bills, generate collective invoices, and follow up on bad debts;
  • To prepare statistics and reports as required;
  • To cover medical records duties when necessary;
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Working Conditions

This role is based in [Location], and the successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional overtime as required.
