Enterprise Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Banking team. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with our SME customers in specific industries, such as Engineering, Hardware, Food & Beverage, Resources & Trade Finance, and Transport & Storage.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow a portfolio of medium and large SMEs, maximizing revenue generation and ensuring timely credit reviews. You will also be responsible for preparing credit propositions for approval and following through with line implementation and disbursement/utilisation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be a good team player, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management and credit. You will also need to be results-oriented and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As a Relationship Manager in Enterprise Banking, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the department's transformation into a Data & Digital driven business and help our SME customers on their Sustainability journey. You will also be able to hone your credit skills and ability to build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and acquire a portfolio of medium and large SMEs
- Maximise revenue generated from customers (including up-tiering)
- Prepare credit propositions for approval and follow through with line implementation and disbursement/utilisation
- Ensure timely credit reviews
- Provide excellent customer service
- Good team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management and credit
