In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building relationships with schools across all levels, from primary to university.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement and outreach strategies to engage schools and youths on LTA's goals and initiatives, policies, and projects.
  • You will design, manage, and implement programs such as workshops, outreach initiatives, and content like educational kits to spark interest among youths in promoting more sustainable commutes.
  • You will drive and develop a partnership strategy with MOE, including identifying partners and mapping partnership plans with overall school outreach objectives.
  • You will coordinate outreach efforts and establish long-term relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning, schools, teachers, and other stakeholders to advance LTA's school outreach objectives.
  • You will manage and track relevant data to measure the effectiveness and impact of LTA's school outreach efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Education, Marketing or related fields
  • At least three years of experience in marketing communications, exhibition design, content development, pedagogy design, and/or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong problem-solving, networking skills
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful outreach programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for education and youth development

Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Careers@Gov offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
