Procurement Lifecycle Expert

The role of a Procurement Lifecycle Expert is crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of our platform by procurement teams and supplier partners.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with procurement professionals and internal champions to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead onboarding processes for enterprise procurement and supplier teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Translate customer challenges into tailored solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize feature requests based on customer feedback and business priorities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and retention.

This role requires a deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
