Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful completion of projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Develop, submit, and present project reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage and update working programs and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Provide strategic advice on critical path and project schedule matters to senior management.
  • Prepare impacted programs as work sequence changes or when end-of-term is provided.
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning and control.
  • Strong experience in commercial case preparation and project costing.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify programme risks and mitigations.
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Engineering with 5 years' experience preferably.
  • Competent in Primavera P6 and experienced in project planning, commercial case preparation.
  • High competency in English and necessary documentation/administrative work.
