Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Meeting and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings at our executive conference suite.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting room users and event participants.
  • To coordinate and manage vendors / caterers onsite providing services to VIP / executive events.
  • To oversee reconfiguration of meeting room set up and prepare weekly schedules for stewardesses / technicians.
  • To manage common meeting room bookings, including sending reminders to users and updating the system if no-show.
  • To receive feedback from guests or staff on facilities and services and report facility faults.
  • To assist in handling common & executive meeting room enquiries by phone / email / Teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimally GCE 'O' Level
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words
  • With working experience as customer service executive is a plus
