About the Role

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions on theoretical and practical aspects of beauty treatments, as well as product knowledge training and treatment protocols. You will also develop an in-house skills assessment checklist to evaluate therapists periodically and provide training to consultants and beauticians/therapists on customer service sales skills, operation flow, SOP, grooming, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on various treatment techniques and product knowledge.">
  • Develop an in-house skills assessment checklist to evaluate therapists periodically.">
  • Provide training to consultants and beauticians/therapists on customer service sales skills, operation flow, SOP, grooming, etc.">
  • Train and guide new employees.">
  • Perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standards are met.">
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail operations teams to support promotional and marketing activities such as beauty workshops, seminars, product launches, and events.">
  • Furnish the company with the latest marketing developments and beauty information.">
  • Work closely with management to monitor and evaluate staff's training needs.">

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a trainer or similar role in the beauty or wellness industry.">
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry standards.">
  • Strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Organisational and leadership abilities, with a strategic mindset.">
  • Certification in beauty therapy or relevant professional qualifications.">
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.">
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office.">
