Vehicle Repair Technician Opportunity
About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance, repairs, and services. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lubricant replacement, greasing, and flushing for hydraulic systems
- Electrical system repairs, wiring replacement, tracking, and diagnostics
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, clearing, and disposing of waste, washing of parts and vehicles
- Working at height (ascending and descending vehicles)
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Engineering certificate (Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma) or equivalent experience
- At least one year of technical experience involving hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components
- Preference given to candidates with automotive knowledge
- Fundamental understanding of tool usage and maintenance
- Experience with armour vehicles during NSF service
- Willngness to work on-site or in camp environments
