Job Title: Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Assistant at Peninsula Excelsior Singapore, a Wyndham Hotel.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless front desk operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with their queries, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Luggage Handling: Receive, store, and deliver luggage to guest rooms efficiently.
  • Taxi/limousine Bookings: Arrange transportation for guests upon request.
  • Door/Gate Management: Open doors/gates for guests, greet them warmly, and welcome them to the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Basic English language skills are essential.
  • Experience: Relevant experience working in a hotel or similar environment is required.
  • Availability: Ability to work on public holidays and weekends.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications.
  • Personality: Warm personality and strong customer service focus.
