Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to design, develop, and maintain an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Case Management platform built on OpenText AppWorks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a robust AML Case Management platform using OpenText AppWorks.
  • Implement workflows, user interfaces, business rules, forms, and integration components.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate AppWorks with enterprise systems (databases, REST/SOAP APIs, web services).
  • Ensure the platform's performance and reliability.
  • Prepare technical design documents, unit test plans, and deployment guides.
  • Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and patch management activities.
  • Support application deployments and production operations, working closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in application development, preferably in a financial institution.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks (BPM, Case Manager, Process Flows).
  • Strong development background in Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
  • Proficiency with MS SQL Server for database management.
  • Experience in system integration, application infrastructure setup, deployment, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and production support workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with other BPM tools (Pega, K2, IBM BPM).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
