**Job Title:**

  • BIM Modelling Specialist.

**Job Description:**

A BIM Modelling Specialist is required to create precise and well-organized Architectural Revit models. They will generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models, including sufficient detail and proper annotation for tender and construction purposes.

They will establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Creating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines.
  • Overseeing the coordination process, data exchange, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Possess a Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in projects involving C&S, Reinforcement/Architectural/Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend architectural and structural construction documents.
  • Capable of completing models and shop drawings in a timely and high-quality manner.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in HDB BTO projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D Simulation, and Quantity take-off.

**Education and Experience:**

  • Possess a recognized technical school or program degree.

**Key Skills:**

  • Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D Simulation, and Quantity take-off proficiency.
  • Excellent time management skills.

**Working Environment:**

  • Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations.
