Job Title: Beauty Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

To excel as a skilled beauty therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of professional beauty and skincare treatments to clients.

  • Administer facial treatments using in-house products, along with hair removal services and other related treatments.
  • Provide expert advice on skincare and facial treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support the promotion of skincare and facial products to clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Foster exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in facial treatment is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Be an effective team player with a responsible work attitude.
  • Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Relevant qualifications such as Cidesco, Cibtac, ITEC, or WSQ Certificates are preferred.
  • Basic IT and computer skills are essential.
  • Ability to start work immediately is advantageous.
