We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, investigate discrepancies, and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation and balancing for Deposits, Cards, and Unsecured Loans.
- Identify discrepancies in financial reports and transaction records.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
- Elevate exceptions to the Team Manager when necessary.
- Apply acquired knowledge to propose process improvements and reduce manual tasks.
- Assist the Team Manager with system enhancements or process improvement projects.
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial institutions; reconciliation knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A strong team player with a positive mindset, capable of working independently.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken).
