Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Polymer Laboratory Specialist to join our Quality Assurance Section in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining our laboratory's commitment to safety, environmental, and quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team of analysts and technicians to perform testing and analysis of semi-finished and finished polyolefin products using advanced analytical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain quality and safety records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the upkeep of laboratory equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and working with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Monitor laboratory inventory levels and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with Sales and Production teams to troubleshoot and investigate technical issues.
  • Participate in laboratory ISO and safety activities to maintain a safe work environment and comply with regulations.
Requirements
  • Hold a Degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, with a strong background in Polymer Science or Material Science.
  • Several years of experience in the Polymer Industry, with a focus on material processing and testing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, drive, and ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
