Job Title:

Admin Officer for Property Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Admin Officer to join our team in property operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of organizational capacity.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Sites Office North.
  • Immediate Availability. Candidates who can start immediately will be highly considered.
  • Familiarity with MCST accounts and experience working with MA industries is required.
  • The Manager will advise work details and provide guidance on meeting document preparation.
  • Recording feedback and complaints from stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the overall job scope on sites.
  • Summarizing tasks and responsibilities.
