Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in creating mechanical system designs, selecting components, and preparing detailed engineering drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create mechanical system designs, including calculations and component selection.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical parts and systems.
  • Review and verify design calculations for accuracy.
  • Monitor project progress according to schedule and scope.
  • Maintain project documentation, including technical reports and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist with the on-site installation and setup of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct quality checks on installed equipment and materials.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during construction.
  • Prepare purchase orders for mechanical components and equipment.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and source materials based on specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including material science and design techniques.
  • Proficient in utilizing Solidworks software for drawing creation and modification.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
