Privacy Systems Developer

As a key player in our Privacy and Security team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining product privacy systems that enhance user trust across the platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications and will be proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, C++, Python, or Java.

Responsibilities include working with engineering and product teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations from a technical perspective, as well as addressing privacy and security incidents if they occur.

  • Design, build, and maintain product privacy systems
  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations

Qualifications:
  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
  • Experience in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, C++, Python, or Java
  • Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms
  • Good team communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding and practical experience in user privacy protection on internet social products
  • Experience in developing and optimizing large-scale distributed systems
