Roles & Responsibilities

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for executing the tenets of mise-en-place efficiently, including setup of ingredients, preparation, and maintaining a safe and sanitary workstation. Your role will involve preparing a wide range of ingredients to meet the highest standards of taste and presentation, monitoring inventory counts, and ensuring food safety regulations are adhered to. You will also be responsible for monitoring quality of ingredients and placing orders when there are shortages.
