Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop technical solutions that meet client requirements
  • Work with the new business team to create compelling technical proposals and pitches
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, providing practical solutions to their technical needs
  • Partner with the development team to ensure large-scale solutions meet strategic targets and leverage new technologies
  • Work with the Operations Director to ensure technical aspects of the production process are well understood and adequate training is provided
  • Resolve technical issues that arise on projects
  • Contribute to the improvement of technical documents and assist Project Managers in the planning phases of development
  • Ensure the correct process of development, including training where needed
  • Manage budget, scope, and timeline
  • Manage System Administration and liaise with software and hardware partners
  • Ensure the correct management of build processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading client technical workshops and specifications for complex projects
  • Demonstrated experience in performing complex analysis, consulting, and providing technical recommendations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with systems integration methods and technologies
  • Proven track record in driving technical delivery for large complex projects
